I agree that housing in Israel needs to change immediately to make it more affordable for all. This includes building housing for all economic classes, allowing people to build caravans or castles without forcing them into 30 year mortgages, and ensuring that building government housing is only an option of last resort. Tax policy should penalize foreign investors instead of local taxpayers. Investors with rental income should no longer be exempt from taxes on rental income.
