This is a fascinating documentary by the award winning team at Frontline at PBS. The full film was premiered (uploaded) to Youtube May 30, 2020 at the height of the protest and even some riots throughout cities across America after the death of George Floyd. This documentary was originally aired on June 28, 2016 and takes an up close and personal look at the Newark, New Jersey police department and the very deep challenges that the department and community faces and the challenges in reforming corruption while attracting quality candidates necessary to build a qualified force.
